Fitness Programs

What is the purpose of RR Health + Fitness?

Our purpose is to help you achieve mental, physical, and spiritual fitness. Together we can overcome obstacles that hinder us from reaching our full potential by developing healthy habits, a fearless attitude, and a strong body that can sustain a vibrant quality of life.

I am out of shape. Is this going to be really difficult?

RR Health + Fitness is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend beginning during one of the BASE stages which start in January, April, July, and October. We take it slow and set you up for success. If you are currently in between those months, we highly recommend joining our community in the mean time. Start today! Introduce yourself. We all want to encourage you to move your body and be active.

How does this program work? How long does it take?

For details, read about our Program Structure. We provide workouts 5 days per week. Every 2 weeks you will experience the next stage of development. Each workout is 30 minutes with us virtually and 30 minutes on your own. The program was designed to keep you from injury and let you progress through challenging yet achievable phases.

What do I need for class?

For the first 2 weeks of BASE training, all you need is a mat, a towel, and a bottle of water. In week 3, we will incorporate dumbbells (pair of 2 - 10lbs is good). It is also recommended to buy a heart rate monitor to measure your progress. A scale is NOT a good measurement of fitness although a heart rate monitor will collect important data that will empower you to reach your goals. You can find a variety of them in our online store by clicking on the MERCHANDISE tab.

Do I need a heart rate monitor?

If you already have a smart watch, that will work too! Be sure to join our Strava Club for even more challenges and benefits.

Do I have to turn my video camera on during the Zoom class?

Absolutely not. But we would like to see your beautiful face when you feel comfortable. Oftentimes we will highlight members who are practicing proper form and technique to help everyone out. We only highlight the positive.

How much does RR H+F cost?

When you register, you get your first week (7 days) for FREE. You will need to upgrade your membership after your "tryout" period expires. You can choose: a 3 month JV ($79/mo), 6 month VARSITY ($69/mo), or 12 month PRO ($59/mo) membership. If you are not ready for a membership, you can go month-to-month as a ROOKIE for only $89. You can join us at any time.

After my free trial expires, how do I upgrade my account?

First, log in and then go to the Membership Upgrade page. There you can choose any of the membership levels. If you don't want a membership, select our Rookie Plan for those who want to pay month-to-month.

What are Fit Points and how do I earn them?

With a PRO membership, you will earn a Fit Point for each workout you attend. The more points you earn, the higher ranks you will achieve. At 50 Fit Points, you will earn the first rank of Sergeant. Prizes and merchandise are awarded for achievements.

Can I get paid for referring my friends to join?

Certainly! When you refer-a-friend we will pay you $50 for each referral. Sign up as an Affiliate and we will give you a unique link that you can share with your friends.

How do I use the RR H+F Resistance Bands?

Our RR H+F Resistance Bands are perfect for mobility work, warm-ups, strength training, and rehab exercises. Wrap the band securely, maintain controlled tension, and follow the guided movements. For detailed guidance, check our Resistance Band Video Training section.

Do you offer workout programs or sample routines?

Yes! We provide free sample workouts in our training videos to help you get started right away. See our Workout Videos page.

What is the Jacked Ass Method™?

The Jacked Ass Method™ is a training philosophy that prioritizes time under tension, controlled movement, and alignment over ego lifting and excessive weight. The goal is strength that carries over to real life — not just the gym.

Do I need to lift heavy for this to work?

No. In fact, many people see better results with lighter loads and more control. When muscles stay under tension longer, they’re forced to work harder without unnecessary joint stress.

Are these products beginner-friendly?

Yes. The Jacked Ass Belt, Badonka Bands, and RR H+F Resistance Bands are designed to reinforce proper mechanics, making them ideal for beginners and experienced lifters alike.

Can I use these if I already lift heavy?

Absolutely. Many advanced lifters use these tools to:

  • Improve activation
  • Clean up form
  • Reduce wear and tear
  • Break plateaus

They often realize they don’t need as much weight as they thought.

Are these just for glutes?

While the primary focus is the glutes and hips, the Jacked Ass Method™ also supports:

  • Core stability
  • Posture
  • Lower-back health
  • Overall movement quality

Strong glutes support the entire body.

Can I use these at home?

Yes. Badonka Bands and RR H+F Resistance Bands are perfect for at-home or travel training. The Jacked Ass Belt can be used anywhere you have dumbbells or kettlebells.

Is this safe for people with back or joint issues?

The Jacked Ass Method™ emphasizes alignment, control, and gradual loading. While everyone should consult a professional if they have medical concerns, many users find this approach more joint-friendly than traditional lifting.

What makes these different from similar products?

These tools weren’t designed to add weight.
They were designed to add tension.

They enforce the principles of the Jacked Ass Method™, reducing momentum, increasing control, and keeping muscles engaged longer.

What is the Jacked Ass Club?

Every purchase includes a Jacked Ass Club sticker, which represents lifetime membership in a Facebook group that trains with intention.

No fees.
No expiration.
Just a shared standard.

Do I need all of the fitness products?

They work independently, but together they reinforce the Method even more effectively. Many users start with one and add the others once they understand the difference tension-based training makes.
