Return Policy

This 60-day return policy covers:

• Manufacturing defects and non-defective products
• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use
• Replacement or repair of defective parts at no additional charge
• Returns must be submitted within 60 days of purchase
• Returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee 

Return Exclusions

This return policy does not cover:

• Opened and used products
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Modifications or alterations made to the product
• Damage caused by accident, fire, flood, or other external factors
• Any usage outside the intended purpose of the product

Claim Process

Notification: Notify RR Health + Fitness of the defect within the return policy period by contacting our customer service department at warranty@rrhealthfitness.com.

Proof of Purchase: Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Return Mailing Label: Customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with returned products. The mailing address is: RR Health + Fitness, 3110 Thomas Ave, Suite 102, Dallas, TX 75204

Product Inspection: Our customer service team may request photographs of the defect or return of the product for inspection.

Repair or Replacement: If the defect is covered by this return policy, RR Health + Fitness will, at its discretion, repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RR Health + Fitness shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Jacked Ass Belt, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profits. The total liability of RR Health + Fitness under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Consumer Rights

This return policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
