Purpose of Program
At RR Health + Fitness, our focus is to provide workouts that improve functional movements in everyday life. Whether you are playing with your grandchildren, carrying groceries, climbing over an obstacle, or hurrying to catch a bus, your body will be equipped to handle natural stresses. The goal is to strengthen muscles, increase bone density, burn fat, and improve quality of life.
