Premium but worth it
Worth the premium cost. Tried a Velcro one and it was tedious to remove weights and couldn’t adjust the dumbbells to a comfortable position. This belt has clips in a perfect location and the quick release on this belt is super nice, almost worth the price just for that.

Awesome Belt!
I got this as I have runners knee and was told in PT that I need to build up strength in my glutes. I use this in conjunction with my PT exercises and have actually had no pain from my knees since. I just add my weights onto the belt and do hip thrusts. It's as easy as that. I don't have any qualms about the quality of the belt and hope that it will continue to help me for years to come.

So well made - works great!
Love this belt - it helps give a great strength training session at home without needed anything besides the weights you attach. Easy to use, the weights are secure so you don't have to worry about hurting yourself.
It came with a free gift - but I have no idea what it is for or how to use it? Help! What is this thing??

Fantastic!
I bought this because it looked like it was designed to be more durable and for heavier weight compared to the other options. I was a little concerned because there were so few reviews. However, I don't leave many reviews, but honestly, this is a really, really great product. There should be one hanging on the wall in every gym. And it is way way better than trying to use the bar. I have no complaints. Thank you so much for making this!

These are ok
This is made well and probably only good for home. Use once in a while. Yes, you can do hip thrust with it but connecting dumbbells and getting underneath it is a little cumbersome.

Thanks for your purchase! Please follow the product instructions for proper setup. There is no need for "getting underneath" when weights are attached correctly. Please contact me if you'd like personal instructions to get the best use out of your Jacked Ass Belt. All the best to you!
Very impressive!
A buddy bought one, I use hate doing & especially setting up for hip thrusts but this makes it faster and so much more comfortable. That positive aside though the biggest pro factor is that it targets your glutes so much better!

This thing is awesome!
In 2020 I stopped going to the Gym and started working out at home full time. So I have built up a collection of Home Gym Equipment. I even bought a Glute Bench that I use with Bands. This Belt Blows it Away! This is the best Glute Workout I have had in awhile and that was just doing one of the many exercises you can do with this belt. I used two 55lb Dumbbells that I have so I was lifting 110lbs with each hip thrust and the best was comfortable to wear and easy to use. It also looks to be really well made! I look forward to trying the other other exercises as well. I highly recommend this Jacked Ass Belt, it's great at home or in a gym.

Benefits of Hip Thrust Exercises
Hip thrust exercises offer a range of benefits for both men and women, especially those aiming to strengthen their lower body and improve overall fitness. Here are some of the key benefits:
- Increased Glute Activation: Hip thrusts primarily target the gluteus maximus, the largest muscle in the buttocks. This exercise can effectively activate and strengthen the glute muscles, leading to better muscle tone and development.
- Improved Hip Extension: Hip thrusts help to strengthen the muscles responsible for hip extension, which is crucial for various activities such as walking, running, jumping, and squatting. Stronger hip extensors can enhance athletic performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
- Enhanced Lower Body Strength: Hip thrusts engage not only the glutes but also other lower body muscles, including the hamstrings and quadriceps. This comprehensive engagement can lead to increased lower body strength and power.
- Improved Posture and Stability: Strengthening the glutes and surrounding muscles through hip thrusts can contribute to better posture and stability. Strong glutes help support the pelvis and spine, reducing the risk of lower back pain and improving overall balance.
- Functional Benefits: Hip thrusts mimic the hip extension movement pattern commonly used in various daily activities and sports. By training this movement pattern, individuals can improve their functional strength and performance in real-life situations.
- Injury Prevention: Strengthening the muscles around the hips and pelvis through hip thrusts can help prevent injuries, particularly those related to the lower back, hips, and knees. Building strength in these areas can improve joint stability and reduce the risk of overuse injuries.
- Aesthetic Benefits: In addition to the functional benefits, hip thrusts can also help sculpt and shape the glutes, leading to a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Many individuals incorporate hip thrusts into their workouts to target this specific area to get that booty poppin'.
