Program Structure
We provide workouts 5 days per week. Every 2 weeks we take you through a new stage to help you progress from one phase of fitness to the next. To see lasting results, commit to all 4 full training programs of the year: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, & Aug-Dec.
