Engage tactical clips fully for safety
Insert one end of the tactical clip into the other until you hear a click. The click sound will let you know the clip is fully engaged and secure.

Use with Dumbbells or Kettlebells
For best results, start with a lighter weight to achieve proper form before graduating to a heavier weight. Each clip holds up to 700lbs!

Choose Your Size
For a hip thrust exercise, place the Jacked Ass Belt over your lap to determine your size. One-size-fits-all meaning you can adjust the belt by attaching the G-hooks into your desired setting: SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE.
