To use your Jacked Ass Belt safely and securely, please follow these important instructions.
Engage tactical clips
Insert one end of the tactical clip into the other until you hear a click. The click will let you know that it is fully engaged and secure.
Choose Your Size
For a hip thrust exercise, place the Jacked Ass Belt over your lap to determine your size. One-size-fits-all meaning you can adjust the belt by attaching the G-hooks into your desired setting: SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE.
Dumbbells or Kettlebells
Your Jacked Ass Belt can be used with your choice of equipment, dumbbells or kettlebells. For best results, start with a lighter weight to achieve proper form before graduating to a heavier weight. If a hip thrust is done properly by engaging your glutes at the top of each movement, minimal weight is needed. Although with the JAB, you have a weight capacity of over 700+ lbs.
